Veteran Tire’s Hornet turf line is designed with a high traction tread and a long wear rubber compound. Our tires are never compressed for ease of mounting. While not compressed for shipping purposes, lawn and garden tires are not radial tires, and can be difficult to mount due to their construction and low ply compared to radial automotive tires.
